Luxembourg started 2017 with the event “the art of YOU”- Declutter your life.

The theme was fitting, as many of us start the year feeling motivated and full of energy to tackle new adventures or projects. But what if something is holding us back? What is stopping us from fulfilling our ideas, dreams and wishes?

Ulla Schrötl introduced the evening with her story and her advice for decluttering our lives; be it our wardrobe, basement or Facebook friend list. How to make room for the things that we love, or the things we want but think we don’t have room for. When you feel stuck by your chores or belongings, she's the solution.

Our following six storytellers represented everything that Hub Dot stands for and what makes our events so special - you don’t need a long and never-ending speech to get your message across when you speak from the heart. Have a look at the quotes below - don’t you feel it too?

We will be a social entrepreneur, which wants to get a quality product to the public, and we want them to feel to be part of a solution, as we will be a brand with a purpose.”

En conclusion, le Yoga n’est pas une mode où il faut être jeune, souple, fine et mannequin (bien que cela affine la silhouette). Tout le monde peut commencer le Yoga à tout âge en fonction de ses limites pour une harmonie intérieure et un épanouissement.

Neha 

Neha summarized her story by one beautiful sentence: “Be yourself everyone else is already taken!”

Sophie “my dog is not only my eyes. My dog is my heart. Thanks to him I found again self-confidence. Life is really nicer with my dog. My dog and I, we are only one.”

Without the mental clutter of my previous job, I was able to find new ways to tell stories. So, don’t be afraid to clean up because you might end up making an even more beautiful space for the things that truly make you happy.

... I could never live without art, perhaps with some pause, but then I have to produce because it Island me from everything around me, is my way of doing meditation and declutter myself from the and give me immense energy

...what it will do in the future I do not know maybe I come back to restoring paintings or  do films  or simply paint for myself…My story is still to be painted…
